We are seeking a detail-oriented Home Health Aide to help our team care for clients with varying levels of personal hygiene, mobility and health. The successful candidate will be able to assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting and other personal hygiene needs, and must be comfortable doing so. Patience, compassion and the ability to work independently are all important qualities for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care to the sick and elderly.
- Communicate effectively with the patient and his or her family.
- Help the patient with basic activities of daily living, such as bathing, eating, or dressing.
- Provide personal care.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and dusting.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Communicate effectively with the skilled nursing team at Benchmark.
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
