Position: Care at Home is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and problem-solving individual to fill a part-time, on-site Caregiver Scheduler position in New London, Connecticut (CT). 4-day work week! The ideal candidate will be a team player, reliable, organized, and have excellent communication skills. A background in home care scheduling is required.

Schedule:

• Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Saturday: 7:00am to 3:00pm
• Sunday: 7:00am to 3:00pm
• Monday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls
• Create/maintain client and staff schedules
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and caregivers
• Manage client and caregiver satisfaction (Q&A Calls)
• Perform and update care assessments as needed
• Conduct screening and intake calls as needed

Requirements:

• Scheduling experience (required)
• Home care, nursing home, assisted living facility, or hospital scheduling experience a plus
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with using computers, Google web applications, Microsoft 365, and Outlook
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a national background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
