Office Assistant needed for our Garner and Kinston home care office. We are looking for a self-starter who is reliable and dependable. Growth opportunities are available; we are a growing company in 53 counties.

Days/hours are part time, Mon-Fri. Seeking someone with a somewhat flexible schedule during the hours of 8-5pm. Either 8am-12pn or 12pm-5pm. Pay is $12/hour.

Job duties include: answering phones, customer and employee service, faxing, marketing tasks (including calls and senior apartment visits) and other various assignments as needed to assist office manager and staffing director. Must be familiar with spreadsheets, email, Microsoft Team meeting software, & typical office equipment. Requires excellent verbal and written skills.

Would prefer a CNA, as fill-ins will be necessary occasionally, but not required. On-call on weekends are scheduled on a rotating basis with other office staff. Previous work with a home care agency is given preference. Preference is also given to those that live between our Kinston & Garner locations and are willing to work at both locations as needed. MUST be willing to travel in between the two locations, although primary location is Kinston after training in our Garner location. Can be assigned a client to get near full-time hours.

No major holidays.
