Brevard Public Schools is actively seeking an experienced law enforcement professional who is interested in becoming their High School Criminal Justice Teacher in their Career and Technical Education (CTE) program. This is a 10-month full-time position when school is in session and the specific school location is TBD.

Brevard Public Schools' CTE programs get students going in the right direction. CTE classes provide students relevant experience with the latest technology from professionals in the field. They gain knowledge, experience, and confidence as they explore careers from the inside out.

Requirements for High School Criminal Justice Teacher:

• Candidates must be certified as a Law Enforcement Officer
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of occupational experience

OR

• Have six (6) years of occupational experience in law enforcement, corrections, or public service

Pay: From $48,725.00 per year

• occupational law enforcement, corrections, or public service: 6 years (Preferred)
