Job description

We are looking for the right candidate to be the primary contact for their customers. In this role, our customers will reach out to you directly for any help desk issues they have related to our company's product. The successful candidate will have experience in answering email queries from customers and have a solid knowledge of computer hardware and software. Our client is looking for a self-motivated and hardworking Help Desk Analyst that is ready to take on the challenges that come with this role.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical problems experienced by customers.
• Document problems and solutions to be shared with other members of the support team.
• Coordinate with developers regarding software issues.
• Use time-management skills to ensure that all issues are resolved within an appropriate time frame.
• Resolve technical problems experienced by customers.
• Communicate regularly with customers about the status of their issues.
• Be familiar with latest technology for this field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
