Company Overview:

We are currently hiring for a Heavy Equipment Operator for our Soil Stabilization Division at Stout Excavating Group Texas. Operator must be familiar with working with RM400-500 Reclaimer Mixer.

The A-1 Construction companies consist of 8 separate union and non-union legal entities that perform construction, mining and trucking operations primarily in WI, MN and TX. The largest of these entities are A1 Excavating and Stout Excavating Group. A1 Excavating is a Wisconsin based Underground Utility Contractor specializing in Excavating, Site Clearing and Underground Utilities. With over 40 years of experience in the WI, MN region, A1 is a top competitor for all water main, sanitary and storm Sewer work in the region. Stout Excavating Group (SEG) operates in the high growth aggregate mining industry primarily focused on mining and civil construction in multiple states across the United States. The A-1 Companies maintain offices in both Bloomer, WI and Converse, TX.

Applicants must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and have professional references available. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

• 1+years in Soil Stabilization Mixer operating.
• Ability to Travel
• Operate an RM400-500 Reclaimer Mixer
• Ability to Service Equipment
