TotalRecycle is looking for a 2nd Shift Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team to work at a cutting-edge recycle center in Birdsboro, PA. The operator must be able to run a Wheel Loader. This Operator is responsible for all activities that take place on the tipping floor. This Operator is responsible for all personnel’s placement and safety on the Tipping Floor at ANY time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• · Tipping Floor Safety
• · Loading the Drumfeeder
• · Keeping a clean “Drum” in the Drumfeeder (Material Loaded into Drumfeeder)
• · Receiving Inbound Customers
• · Fueling the Loader
• · Receiving DDO (Direct Drop Off) Customers
• · Participate in DDO activity (when necessary)
• · Ensure the Operation yard is litter free
• · Assisting w/ cleanup of spill/leaks from Inbound Customers
• · Ensuring contaminant spills do not contaminate the SS (Single Stream)

TASKS:

• · Enforce Safety on the Tipping Floor
• · Complete understanding and enforcement of “Tipping Floor Rules”
• · Receive Inbound Customers
• · Be a pleasant and informative Customer Service Representative
• · Inspect Inbound Material
• · Photograph and report contaminants
• · Remove contaminants before loading into the “Drumfeeder”
• · Ensure JPM trailers are swept out before exit
• · Ensure JPM trailers are free of debris before exiting
• · Push the Pile
• · Direct Total Recycle Drivers
• · Load & Direct Glass Dump Trucks
• · Prioritize time to load “Glass Trucks”
• · Clean Drum during shutdowns (Must adhere to Lock Out/Tag Out procedure)
• · Periodically “Blow Out” radiator of “Loader”
• · Blowout must be logged
• · Perform periodic ECR (Equipment Condition Report)
• · Assist in cleaning spill; notify maintenance of issue

Compensation:

• $16.00/hour

Shifts:

• 2nd Shift
• 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• Rotating Weekend Schedule
