First Class Heating and Cooling is seeking experienced HVAC Installers to join our team. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation of the
HVAC systems in our small commercial and residential residential buildings.

Job responsibilities:

● Inspect and perform equipment replacements
● Travel to various residences and businesses to carry out your jobs in a timely manner.
● Perform routine preventative maintenance
● Communicate in a professional manner with co-employees and customers
● Complete accurate electronic job tickets and related memorandum
● Accurate and timely entry of hours worked each day.
● Be aware of and remain responsible for his or her truck inventory
● Operate and maintain an organized and well inventoried vehicle.
● Adhere to current HVAC rules and regulations
● Adhere to the highest standards of quality.
● Proper use of Tools and Equipment.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 1 year of technical or trade HVAC experience
● Working knowledge of electronic wiring diagrams and schematics
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
● Able to work both independently and as part of a team
● Current MO or KS driver’s license and good driving record
● Ability to safely lift 100+ lbs.
● Able to tolerate extreme temperatures for extended periods of time
● Ability to work at height
● EPA Certified.
● Able to continually push, pull, lift, grasp, hold, carry, reach, reach above the shoulders, stoop, bend at the waist, bend at the knee, kneel, bend side to side, crouch, stand on step stools or small ladders and balance.

● Work safely following company policies
● Must have reliable transportation
● Ability to pass drug screen, physical exam and background check.
