Job Title: HealthcareUnit Clerk

Duties:

• Interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, required.
• Excellent customer service skills are required. Basic computer skills is required.
• Medical Office experience.
• Functioning as unit clerk answering the call
• Calling for extra linen
• Calling IT repair
• Scheduling appts/transportation
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Schedule Notes:

• Strong phone skills/ customer service
• Candidate must be comfortable with both of the shift timings i.e 03:00 PM EST - 11:30 PM EST and 07:00 am EST - 03:00 pm EST Monday – Friday
• Alternate weekends and holidays 10 am-6 pm
• 2 days off during the week if they work weekends
