Embassy Healthcare is seeking a dynamic leader to drive the recruitment efforts of direct care personnel and interdisciplinary staff members for several facilities in PA. This position has a competitive salary which includes a rewarding bonus structure.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in long-term care. Additionally, previous experience working in a similar HR position and/or as a healthcare recruiter is required. Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing, including a drug screen and background check.
