Your Role:
eCommerce Marketing is a global team with colleagues across North America, EMEA and APAC. This is anexciting opportunity to work in one of the leading eCommerce businesses in the Life Science category. The primary focus of the eCommerce Marketing team is to drive profitable growth for the eCommerce business.

**The global Head of Performance Marketing can be based out of either St Louis, MO or Burlington, MA/Greater Boston Area**

This is a highly visible role with opportunities to present and interact regularly with senior and executiveleadership teams. The person in this role will be responsible for developing annual and long-range paid mediastrategies and plans, grounded in customer insights, and built on customer-centric and data-driven principles.They will collaborate cross-functionally within eCommerce, Commercial/Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Finance/Controlling and Regional teams; in order to build paid media plans that clearly outline impact to sales and EBIT, underpinned by industry trends, competitor threats and market opportunities on a global scale. Theywill also be responsible for further strengthening channels that are strong revenue contributors while implementing test & learns, and significantly scaling other channels with respect to revenue contributions and spend.

Who You Are:
Develop annual and long-range paid media strategies and plans
Build and grow capabilities in programmatic display and social, to significantly scale-up revenuecontribution from these channels
Responsible for strategy, planning and execution of paid media programs to meet/exceed financial targets
Manage a large advertising budget
Oversee all paid media channels (paid search, display, social, etc.)
Key contributor to developing the vision and implementation of MarTech roadmap that will enable customer-centric marketing and personalization at scale
Implement measurement solutions to quantify the incremental revenue impact from paid media
Build and develop a high-performing team by attracting and retaining top talent
Drive strategic initiatives forward with agility while collaborating in a highly matrix global environment,effectively communicating and influencing at various levels of management

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. MS, MBA or Ph.D. in similar fields is a plus
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience with minimum 5 years working in hands-on performance media or DTC growth marketing roles that involved driving direct impact on revenue and profit
  • Experience managing an advertising budget of $50M+ and delivering revenue of $500M+
  • Experience across Advertising Technology (Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Display& Video 360, Adobe, Verizon, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn) and Data & Analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, MMM/MTA, DMP/CDP, Tableau, Data Studio)
  • Statistical Techniques: Design of Experiments, Randomization - Test vs Control set, Significance Testing, Confidence Intervals
