We are a fun yet professional company looking for the best, and we are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Hardscape Foreman Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the hardscape installation process and job sites
• Oversee the preparation, construction, and clean-up of hardscape projects from start to finish
• Ensure safety, scheduling, and overall project efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients and designers regarding project details and changes

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in hardscape and concrete installation

Strong background in project planning, scheduling, and execution

Proven experience leading crews and ensuring customer satisfaction

Building and measuring skills, as well as the ability to read grades

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage clients effectively and fit with our Core Values

Excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail

Ability to complete a Background/Drug Screening

Salary and Benefits:

Full-time position

Salary range of $22-25 per hour, depending on experience
