We are seeking qualified individuals to become part of our Management Team for all locations! Phase Three Star LLC owns and operates 83 Hardee's Restaurants throughout the Southeast and is continuing to grow.

Critical skills and abilities for Shift Management success:

• Model great customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a restaurant environment.
• Desire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Ability to manage safe food handling practices.
