Guild Program Manager
The Guild Program Manager will be responsible for providing support and execution within the Guild Network program. This person will be responsible for designing and administering programs and guiding cohorts through professional development opportunities. While managing high level projects, this person will partner with client groups and business partners to help identify possible learning needs and coordinate ideation, solutioning and implementation. This role provides consulting to leaders by analyzing metrics and information to support business strategies. The Guild Program Manager will also support developing technology-focused curriculum and Guild content, policies and routines, and be the central point of contact for leaders in the leveraging and application of Guild learning curriculum.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

Demonstrate innovative thinking, effective project and program management and be a self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects/programs

Support the development and execution of key strategic initiatives focused on associate development and engagement

Manage projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution

Administer program scheduling

Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues across the organization

Partner with client groups to determine help identify possible learning needs

Partner with Learning & Development on identified learning needs and solutions

Conduct surveys to gauge effectiveness of program

Partner with Learning & Development to help create learning programs that accelerate skill development

Leverage market research for learning innovation, new technologies and benchmarking

Lead the end to end program design
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
Physical Requirements
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
Career Level

Required Skills:
- 5+yrs of Project / Program Management experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience partnering with Learning and Development
- SharePoint site management experience
- Technology experience preferred
- Experience partnering with Executive Leadership / C-Suite
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
