Position Summary:

As Guest Service Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include developing, supervising, and supporting the cabins for your housekeeping and facilities teams. Striving to provide a World Class experience. You are responsible for maintaining a positive business relationship with our contract cleaners and holding them accountable for adhering to our The Lodge standard for cleanliness and presentation.

Duties / Responsibilities:

· Read and review all detractor guest surveys with management and implement changes

· Manage, monitor, and train housekeepers

· Continuing to develop guest experiences

· Verify property damages that are reported by housekeepers/ lost and found items and send them to the management

· Check for communications from contract cleaners, employees and direct managers as needed

· Input work orders as needed for cabins and cabin property. Maintain regular meetings with external vendors and contractors

· Hold regularly scheduled Housekeeping meetings with all contract cleaners

· Schedule and manage blocks for deep cleans/maintenance and keep master inventory counts for all supplies

· Review each contract cleaner monthly by checking behind them and rating the work they completed is up to Lodge standards

· Daily upkeep of The Lodge’s Hospitality System.

· Responsible for creating group rooming list, individual room lists, assisting in making keys if needed, invoices, EOD’s, and housekeeping reports

· Manage ongoing and new projects for the cabin department

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High school degree

· Intermediate Computer Skills

· Detail Orientated

· High sense of urgency

· Ability to adapt to change quickly

· Team player

· Some Evenings and Weekends Required

Preferences:

· Bilingual (English and Spanish)

· At least two years’ experience in hospitality

Physical Demands:

· Ability to lift 40lbs

· Stand/Walk for a minimum of 30 minutes

· Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.

· Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.

· Constantly works in an indoor, temperature-controlled, sealed-window office environment.

· Work primarily involves sitting / standing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
