Extended Stay America is looking for an out-going and energetic individual to join our Guest Service Team. As a Lead Guest Service Representative, you will play an important role in making sure all guests have the best experience.
Qualified applicants will have:
* At least two years of customer service and/or sales experience (hotel customer service preferred).
* Have good computer skills.
* Passion for delivering GREAT customer service.
* Take reservations effectively and register guests in the hotel with a smile and courteous manner.
* Complete daily paperwork including areas such as cash drawer management, adjustment documentation and proper billing of guests.
* Respond quickly and effectively to all guest requests and complaints while always upholding a professional demeanor.
* Keep a professional image at all times by adhering to the appearance standards of Extended Stay America.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
