European Wax Center Massapequa Park is looking to add a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to our growing center! GSA's have the ability to to move up if the performance is present and the opportunities become available.

At European Wax Center, we are one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country, we provide upscale waxing at an affordable price, featuring our exclusive Comfort Wax and our 4 Step Process.

As a Guest Service Associate, you'll strive every day to help our guests walk in and strut out! As an important part of our team, you will have the drive and dedication to succeed and to help your fellow associates succeed right alongside you. Our comprehensive training will provide you with all the tools and skills you will need, and open your world of career opportunities! We are open 7 days a week and offer day and night shifts.

Here's what we're looking for:
Part-time availability with the opportunity to go full-time

Someone will to pick up extra shifts when needed.
Customer service experience preferred

Sales and customer service oriented
Required to work Saturday OR Sunday (flexibility to be available for either preferred)

Required to work both day and evening shifts
A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor.
A professional appearance at all times.
Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and have attention to detail (absolute must!!)
Sales experience is preferred but not required. However it is a sales position, and you will be expected to meet benchmarks.

Job Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the location.
Managing the flow of guests in and out of the location.

Providing customer service

Making confirm calls, checking the reservation book for errors, keeping yourself busy and productive during your shift

Ability to self initiate

Ability to work both individually and as a team
Managing the reservation book.
Answering the center phones
SALES-Educating guests on EWC's programs, offers, and promotions.
