DraftKings is looking for a self-starter with strong project management skills to focus on our Paid Social campaigns. As a Marketing Associate, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment and leverage your prior experience in a digital marketing role to bring new and exciting paid social campaigns to life. You will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team and manage the creative workflow and delivery for critical events across the promotion of DraftKings' Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, and iGaming products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A GROWTH MARKETING ASSOCIATE, PAID SOCIAL:

• Support media buying strategies across paid social for all DK products, including campaign creation, analysis, and optimization.

• Develop creative briefs for digital marketing assets and identify legal and compliance approvals as needed.

• Manage creative pipeline (outbound requests from the creative team; inbound delivery from creative).

• Review creative elements to ensure delivery meets marketing best practices and correctly represents the marketing promotion.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative and Product teams to ensure all stakeholders have what they need for successful delivery.

• Be a key stakeholder for the sports calendar to ensure all parties are aligned to timely delivery of marketing assets.

• Analyze creative performance for cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team when deeper insights are necessary.

• Partner with channel teams to understand process pain points and work with the Marketing Operations team to create solutions focused on efficiency and optimization.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.

• At least one year of experience in a digital marketing role.

• Strong project management capabilities with strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate and share key learnings with the larger product team.

• Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $54,400.00 - $81,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
