Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Group Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

As a Group Therapist, you will:

• Assume responsibility for quality psychotherapy group treatment within the program through the supervision and guidance of the Clinical and Program Director.
• Facilitate therapy and psychoeducational group sessions for individuals with SUD and MH diagnoses.
• Act as a member of a multidisciplinary team by providing input on assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Document and deliver group services and client progress as defined in the Sana Lake Recovery policy and procedures manual.
• Keep Clinical and Program Director of client care, problems, and issues.
• Participation in community meetings, in-service training, and business/clinical team meetings as assigned.

• You have a Master's Degree in social work, professional counseling, psychology or a related human services field or a master's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
• You have a License to practice in Missouri (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
