Job description
We are seeking a motivated individual primarily responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots and other community buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
- Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable).
- Maintain curb appeal.
- Power wash buildings and/or parking lot.
- Clean common areas and/or breezeways of dirt and debris with blower.
- Touch up paint when needed (Patio fences, curbs, exterior doors, etc.).
- Maintain dog stations.
- Other miscellaneous assigned tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
