Osage Gardens is seeking a Greenhouse Grower and IPM Manager to join our team! Osage Gardens grows Certified Organic Basil and Culinary herbs year round in New Castle Colorado. This is a full time year-round position. This is a hands on job that includes greenhouse and agricultural work. Duties include Integrated Pest Management, farm irrigation, operating tractors, seasonal field work and other farm related tasks. Applicants must demonstrate good problem solving skills and a solid understanding of greenhouses, agriculture, irrigation and mechanical systems. Good communication skills, excellent team work in a task orientated environment are a must! IPM license, bilingual English/Spanish, some computer and tractor skills are preferred, but not required. A current Drivers License is required. Applicant must be non-smoking due to tobacco/nicotine related plant diseases. Compensation starts at $18-$22, based on experience. Full time, Monday-Friday schedule.Benefits include health, vision and dental insurance, 401k, PTO and Sick Time.
