Best Western PLUS Sonora Oaks Hotel is in need of a candidate who doesn't mind staying up late to help our hotel continue to operate smoothly. We need a person, that has top notch work ethics and creativity, to put their skills to use as a Night Auditor. Hours are from Approx 12:00am - 8:00am, 2-3 days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates considered need to have or be able to preform the following

• Paid Training for six weeks. We have a total of three shifts and you will train for 2 weeks on each shift. Training will be 5 days a week, for 8 hours per day.
• Excellent communication with other teammates, Supervisors, Management and departments.
• Overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily hotel financial transactions.
• Ensure credit card systems reconciles to daily transaction lists
• Prepare registration cards for the the days arrivals
• Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word is a must as they are used daily.
• Attention to detail.
• Answering multiple phone lines.
• Able to multi-task.
• Check-In/Check Out guests quickly and efficiently - That includes post and charging correctly.
• Hard worker that is willing to help at Front Desk, if needed.
• Ability to keep accurate records.
• Excellent Guest Service and courteous manners - You will be in direct contact with guests and you must be friendly and helpful.
• Able to go up and down stairs, bend, lift, twist, reach, etc.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, understand verbal direction and instructions.
• Understanding of Math - Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide, Fractions, Decimals, etc.
• Must be flexible to work all shifts and must be available weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation
• Self motivated, responsible and reliable.
• Strong problem solving/decision making skills - Ability to identify problems or potential problems and/or opportunities and take the best course of action going forward to create a resolution.

Although Night Audit is a 'Graveyard' shift, It can get very busy and fast paced during busy seasons. Applicants must be prepared for occasionally high stressful situations.
