SealPros is a leader in the Asphalt Paving and Maintenance industry. Grading Equipment Operators are essential to our Grading Crew. The grading Equipment Operator must safely operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in hauling base course and final base course grades of various construction projects. This position reports to the Grading Foreman.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience with Roller, Water Truck, Dozer, Blade, Commercial Trucks, Skid loader, Payloader, and other Commercial Equipment
• Valid Driver’s license - CDL Class A or B preferred, or we will help you get it!
• Strong understanding of grading, heavy equipment, and minor maintenance
• Able to read and understand construction plans
• Follow directions from the supervisor as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific job site/project and report any problems to a manager
• Perform minor servicing/maintenance of equipment.
• Perform general physical labor and assist in training less-experienced employees.
• Great communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Must be dependable with reliable transportation to and from work
• Maintain accurate timecards and job paperwork
• Follow safety guidelines and company policy
• Some heavy lifting - minimum of 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned
