Global Human Resources (GHR) Global Talent helps leaders shape Bank of America culture, organizations, teams and talent. The Global Talent Consultant II is a key member of the GCIB, Global Markets, Enterprise Credit, and Global Research Global Talent Team. They provide analytical, execution, and project management support to ensure successful design, delivery, and administration of processes. In addition, they support the Global Talent Executive with the development and execution of special projects. This is an individual contributor role.
General Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Consults, coordinates and executes core Global Talent processes, in alignment with line of business needs
- Applies expertise in Global Talent to identify opportunities, strategies, and solutions that are directly linked to organizational and business goals
- Partners with client managers by providing analytical, execution, and project management support for various processes and programs, including:
- Performance management
- Multi-rater feedback
- Talent and succession planning and reporting
- Employee engagement and culture development initiatives
- Title promotions
- High potential development programs
- Diversity initiatives/programs
- Assists in the analysis, scoping, and assessment of business or Global Talent solutions
- Analyzes and manages data
- Tracks and reports on processes and programs
- Sends communications, monitors Global Talent mailboxes, and is accountable for responding to employees’ questions and requests, providing prompt follow-up
- Partners with Global Talent colleagues and business partners to drive performance improvement initiatives
- Manages risk
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience within a Global Talent or Human Resources related job function
- 2+ years of project management, preferably in HR analytics or reporting
- Ability to breakdown a long-term project into actionable deliverables
- Must have excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel (strong command of formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and Power Point
- Experience working with HR technology solutions
- Capable of thinking about processes end-to-end and considering pitfalls, barriers, and opportunities along the way
- Constantly looks for learning opportunities in order to develop skills and knowledge that can be leveraged to improve solutions for the business
- Ability to recommend innovative solutions based upon analysis
- Must possess a client-centric orientation and collaborate well with others
- Strong relationship management skills required, including the ability to interact, communicate, and influence peers and partners
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/stakeholders
- Takes initiative and is a self-starter
