Boston Scientific is seeking a Global Digital Platform Owner to contribute to the evolution of our digital platforms. The successful candidate will partner with business and IT leaders to ensure the delivery of web and content platforms that align with our overarching digital strategy. As the Global Digital Platform Owner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our web and content platforms while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver on our digital marketing strategy goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a global scale and make a significant impact on our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the web and content platforms for global marketing technology
- Partner to deliver and align the marketing technology stack with the digital marketing strategic roadmap and vision
- Take ownership of the global web re-platform multi-year program
- Partner with global marketing to establish a digital content strategy and corresponding technical needs
- Deliver on the future state of content integration (modular content)
- Lead the web and content platform owners, overseeing a mix of technical and business resources
- Partner closely with the IT team to partner on the MarTech roadmap, priorities, and funding needs
- Manage, coach, and mentor a small team of direct reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in an IT or Business function directly leading digital marketing execution/enablement
- 5+ years leading web projects and larger scale programs globally
- 5+ years’ experience connecting digital strategy to web and content technical deliverables
- 3+ years’ experience managing technical 3rd party vendors across multiple technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of technical architectures
- Experience establishing global web platforms and managing ongoing evolution of technical needs with balance of business strategy
- Agile certifications
- Product team / Product owner training
- People management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/Marketing preferred
