Your Opportunity: Taylor Print Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking a General Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Go above and beyond for our customers to live our brand.
- Select, develop, train and motivate team members.
- Direct ongoing improvement.
- Direct technological and product development.
- Drive improvements in customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in selling opportunities.
- Maintain strategic relationships.
- Develop and improve systems to ensure productivity, quality, service and cost containment.
- Develop business plans and budgets.
- Maintain awareness of competitive landscapes and champion opportunities for expansion: customers, markets, industry developments, investments, partnerships, alliances and mergers and acquisitions.
You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in business, print management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years management experience in print, sales and manufacturing.
- 5+ years experience leading teams (including sales teams).
- Strong verbal and written communications skills as well as interpersonal, strategic planning, organizational and leadership skills to manage and motivate employees.
- Working knowledge of all functional areas (manufacturing, finance, sales/marketing, etc.).
- Demonstrated capabilities at writing implementable business plans.
- Ability to balance needs of production and sales/customers.
- A drive for results.
- Innovation at solving problems and accomplishing goals.
