StretchLab is seeking an experienced full-time General Manager to oversee sales, marketing and operations for our beautiful Lake Oswego studio! Join our team in our warm, fun, and engaging envrironment.

POSITION The ideal General Manager will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. They will be passionate about fitness and running a business in a collaborative way with the Owners. This role is comprised of 70% sales & marketing and 30% team management and studio operations. We are looking for someone whose is passionate, proactive and willing to learn and grow with our business. This position can evolve and grow into a General Manager/Multi Studio General Manager in the future, we are looking to invest time and energy to grow this role and person.
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE?
Strong experience and history of performance in retail/service or fitness sales Proven experience in the full lifecycle of lead management (generating, following up, and closing leads) Ability to achieve sales objectives across all revenue streams: memberships and retail Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills Experience resolving employee and/or customer conflicts - we're looking for a proactive problem solver! Self-starter who is self-motivated and detail oriented Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email. Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment. Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Owns a car and is flexible to get hands dirty – working through Grass Root campaigns in and around the studio.
HOW DOES A DAY LOOK LIKE? Sales End to end Funnel management from driving consideration to conversion. Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class Contact and all prospects/leads to schedule stretches and enroll them in a membership Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts Marketing Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio Create local content and manage the Instagram/Facebook page of the studio Studio Operations Execute a high level of customer service to all members and guests Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc. Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible Collect out-standing dues Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stretch studio Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures Team Management Hire and manage staff and Flexologists Supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists Studio trainings and organizing any team building activities Keep a positive engaging environment for the team and drive them to achieve their daily/weekly/monthly goals and targets Any other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- This position offers a competitive pay; based on experience & performance, plus a robust commission structure which is uncapped.
