As General Manager, you will oversee all staff, budgets and operations of our 2 stores in Arlington and Lexington.
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Specific Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations including
• Oversee production of frozen custard and products
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Staffing and scheduling
• Inventory and ordering
• Ensure employees work productively and professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift, handle, and carry, small wares and equipment weighing anywhere from 25 to 30 pounds
• Must be able to communicate effectively and listen to upper management, employees, and guests
