GENERAL OVERVIEW

Performs preventive maintenance and routine repairs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs assigned preventive maintenance. 20%
• Calibrates, repairs, maintains and operates RHVAC, pneumatic tube system, medical air & vacuum systems and all other associated equipment and systems. 20%
• Responds to all emergency, and normal calls as required. 20%
• Analyzes and troubleshoots using proper data gathered from field experience, engineering manuals, and blueprints and schematics. 20%
• Repairs mechanical systems. 20%

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• Minimum 3 years basic mechanical and electrical experience.
• Minimum 6 months in-house training period.
