CAPABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs various duties as required and assigned by leadership, to include, but not limited to:

▪ Drop Plow
▪ Set Hand Holes and PEDS
▪ Flag Traffic
▪ Pothole for Existing Utilities
▪ Restoration
▪ Assist Equipment Operators
▪ Assist Crew with Duties

• Ensure that the work performed conforms to company requirements and all regulations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols
• Meets quality control expectations by following up on all details until the job is complete
• Be phone accessible during working and nonworking hours

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Ability to hear, understand, and respond to verbal requests made in person and over the telephone.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Standing 90% of the day.
• Ability to stoop, bend, walk, stand, and climb.
• Ability to reach and stretch.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on job site for extended periods of time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Current, Valid Driver's License required;
• Minimum of one (1) or more years of outside Excavation Industry experience preferred. No Experience Necessary.
• Experience with various handheld construction tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.25 per hour
