Qualifications: 2nd Shift Position
- Willing to learn. Training will be provided to the right individual.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating the powder coat equipment.
- Part preparation (eg) masking, cleaning, grinding, and abrasive blasting.
- Hanging parts on batch carts, powder coating parts, loading and unloading bake oven.
- Remove finished parts from carts and packaging parts for shipment.
- Apply coatings to various sheet metal products.
Working condition requirements: This position requires working in a production environment. Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times in the shop. This is a physically demanding job where the employee is required to stand for extended periods of time, lift, push and pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds, with repetitive tasks.
