Position Title:
General Branch Manager

Scope of Work:
Perform the required daily operations of the New Braunfels Office and Shop. Coordinate daily work schedule and weekly requirements from the Corporate Office in Houston.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling
- Receive and Log in all Sales Orders.
- Organize and assign installers work and service orders daily.
- Co-ordinate with Sales/Shop materials needed for upcoming jobs.
- Maintain schedule of installers, track and resolve issues of installers while in field/ track dry runs.
Purchasing
- Order raw materials for Branch location.
- Pick up miscellaneous supplies when needed.
- Order and stock office supplies.
- Order and stock bathroom and cleaning supplies.
- Obtain better pricing and bulk shipping when able. Negotiate better pricing when necessary.
- Check with Houston Corporate office when seeking additional/new suppliers. All new suppliers need to be added to QB, obtain W-9. Ask for 30 day credit accounts.
Accounting
- Obtain completion verification, email approvals for completed work orders.
- Process work orders and send to Houston Corporate for billing.
- Process payroll and send to Houston Corporate for weekly payroll.
- Check and update all vendor portals for jobs, completions, and Purchase Orders.
Inventory
- Tracking inventory as required.
- Year End Inventory is required to be counted and submitted to Houston. (You will receive a date this is due)
- Monthly inventory should be counted, sent to Bob at the end of each month.
HR
- Accept applications and file accordingly.
- Taking proper, written disciplinary actions with installers and shop personnel. Disciplinary actions should be taken with a witness present.
- Enforcing company core values.
- Conduct employee performance reviews annually.
Maintenance
- Minor office cleaning and building maintenance.
- Help procure parts and or service on existing mixer and machinery.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Good computer skills, working knowledge of Word, Excel and powerpoint.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Must be willing to work 40 to 50 hours per week / salaried position
- Responds promptly to customer needs: Meets commitments.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgement.
