We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to work as a Gate Attendant at Lake Allen Henry. The Gate Attendant will be responsible for managing access to a designated area, ensuring the safety and security of all individuals and property within the premises and handling the entrance fee. This position’s hours are 7am-7pm Friday-Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and contractors, providing them with necessary information and instructions upon entry.
• Monitor and control access points, operating gates, barriers, or other entry systems as required.
• Maintain accurate records of individuals entering and exiting the facility, including visitor logs, contractor sign-ins, and employee attendance.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, or requests for assistance from individuals seeking access or information.
• Report any suspicious or unauthorized activities to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
• Maintain a clean and organized gate area, ensuring it is free from debris, obstructions, or safety hazards.
• Collaborate with other security personnel or departments to ensure a coordinated and effective security operation.
• Provide basic information, directions, or assistance to individuals as needed.
• Follow established emergency procedures and protocols in the event of an incident or evacuation.
