Garage Door Service Technician
Well established Residential & Commercial Garage Door Service seeks an experienced installer (minimum 2-5 years experience) to join our growing garage door business serving McHenry & Lake Counties, IL. We provide quality garage door installations, spring replacement repairs and general garage door maintenance.

Responsibilities
Day to day coordination of garage door services. Build/repair/remove old doors and defective parts. Install new doors; assemble frame work and other wooden fixtures used in building & assembling. Use fastener materials while making frame work. Remove damaged/defective parts. Repair/replace parts, use of hand tools, screws/nails. Review work orders for accuracy/completeness before departure. Collect payment for completed work. Post company's logo/sticker. Will be responsible for providing work tools; Surewinder will be provided by company.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring relating to installing/repairing garage door openers
• Basic knowledge of construction carpentry/handyman skills

Requirements

• Ability to pass background check/clean driving record
• Work on Saturdays - optional one day off during the week
• Full Time Hours, 40+
• Part Time hours available
• Drive company vehicle (paid gasoline costs).

Salary: up to $40,000 - $60,000 annually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
