One of Long Island's most successful restaurant groups is opening its NINTH restaurant NEXT WEEK, THE SECOND WEEK OF MAY! JBBQ & SHABU SHABU will be in Commack, NY, to go along with our sister locations in Smithtown and Bay Shore.

To round out our opening roster, we are seeking 2 hard working, reliable, FULL TIME SERVERS, and 1 PART TIME BARTENDER.

Qualifications For PART TIME BARTENDER:

-3+ Years as a bartender in a fast paced restaurant or bar.

-The ability to handle up to 15 bar guests and a BUSY service bar printer ON YOUR OWN.

-The ability to memorize and strictly follow specialty cocktail recipes.

-The ability to work 2-3 Shifts per week - SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ARE REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE. All shifts begin at 4PM (so if you are only looking to bartend after 5PM each day, this is not the position for you).

Qualifications For FULL TIME SERVERS:

-2+ Years as a FULL TIME server in a fast paced restaurant or bar.

-The ability to handle up to 6 tables at a time

-Superlative Guest service skills

-The ability to work anywhere from 3-5 shifts per week.

-Weekday shifts begin at 2PM, Weekend Shifts begin at 11AM, please consider that in your decision making.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE READY TO BEGIN FULL DAY TRAINING ON SUNDAY MAY 7, 2023 - TRAINING WILL TAKE PLACE 5/7-5/10 FROM 3PM-9PM, THESE TIMES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
