Position Description:

In order to be considered for this position, you must be hardworking and able to follow instructions rapidly and proficiently. You will learn about safety precautions and be expected to be compliant at all times. You will interact with building owners and their employees. You may work on different sites with different crews doing a variety of jobs, so having skills in several areas, in addition to being able to communicate with people is very important.

Requirements:

• Able to lift a minimum of 50 Lb.

• Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc. as the job requires

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be customer service oriented

• Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards.

• Willing to travel overnight and work all shifts

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with local laws/regulations

• Upon hire, all candidates will be required to complete OSHA 30 and Respirator Fit Training. All training will be completed in the first week of being hired.

• All OSHA 30 and training are paid for by the company
