Muskegon Federal Credit Union has an open position for a Full-Time Member Service Representative with potential for growth to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable candidate with motivation and supervision experience to learn and the ability to multi-task to hire for this position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Provide excellent and efficient member service
• Accuracy with cash handling
• Following our check procedure in regards to negotiating checks and placing proper holds
• Posting member transactions correctly
• Answering phones
• Perform other assigned duties that will allow you to advance as an employee
• Learn our ATM/Debit Card Program
• Loan experience is a plus

• Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
