Assistant Sales Manager

We run furniture and flooring departments in a major retail operation and now hiring for Franklin, VA.

We are looking for energetic, positive individuals who like dealing with people, are organized thinkers and enjoy sales. Must have a good work ethic and an upbeat personality. Must be self motivated and very dependable! You will be able to obtain a great work/ life balance.

Hourly rate is based on experience, plus earn monthly bonuses based on attaining realistic sales targets. Our retail work week is a 5 day 40 hour work week. You must be able to work during the hours of 10am to 8pm Monday thru Sunday. At times, you may be asked to work additional hours, at overtime rates, of course. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. This job does require alot of lifting. We receive in our own deliveries, display and price our merchandise for sale. You must be able to assemble merchandise or willing to learn and have no problem assisting customers with their purchases.

You will be trained in our operation to get you up to speed to advance quickly as we continue to open new stores. Our associates thrive in our environment as we give enormous latitude to run their departments as if they owned them themselves. You must have a valid driver’s license, social security card.
