Tri-State Physical Therapy affiliated with Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is recruiting a part-time Front Office Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to primarily work at their Fox Chapel Office located at 300 Chapel Harbor Drive, Pittsburgh 15328 with possible travel to other office locations as needed; North Hills Office located at 5900 Corporate Drive, Pittsburgh 15237, Robinson Township Office located at 4955 Steubenville Pike, Pittsburgh 15205, and Seven Fields Office located at 400 Northpointe Circle, Seven Fields 16046. This part-time position carries a 28-32-hour work week, Monday through Friday based on coverage needs. The incumbent will cross train in both medical and physical therapy.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Medical Experience Preferred
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
• Computer Skills are Essential
• Positive and Upbeat Attitude
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Detail Oriented with Ability to Multi-task in a Fast Paced Environment

Physical Therapy and/or Medical office experience/front desk/customer service experience strongly preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
