About the Front Desk Team

We're looking for a personable and friendly team member to be the first point of contact for all of our in-shop visitors. You'll be maintaining and executing on all front desk duties with potential for cross-training on other in-store positions.

The ideal candidate will have an upbeat, easygoing personality in addition to being perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with day-to-day customers, complaints, learn quickly, upsell services and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

We want you to make our guests and visitors feel appreciated and valued while on our premises, while providing quick and efficient service.

In our candidates, we are looking for individuals that are:

Open to learning and adapting

Able to stay positive, outgoing, and energetic while working on their feet

Quick on their feet and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting

Some experience in customer service, retail, sales or similar position

Proficient in English (oral and written), multilingual is a plus

Strong communication and people skills

Front Desk Responsibilities

Keep front desk clean, presentable and stocked with appropriate material

Greet and welcome guests as they enter and depart

Upsell services during interactions while maintaining a friendly exchange

Answer questions and address complaints while communicating with the team

Ensure store is well-stocked with all supplies needed for a busy day

Greeting customers and assisting customers with adjusting their bike rentals

Stacking, moving and lifting bikes throughout a fast-paced and active shift

Other duties as assigned

Travel may be required

Paid Overtime may be required
