If so, we're looking for a Superstar Front of House Salesperson to join our dynamic team at our cutting-edge electronic repair shop in Los Angeles, California.
As the Front of House Salesperson, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an amazing experience from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave with their repaired devices in hand. You'll greet customers with a smile, provide exceptional customer service, and offer our monthly protection plan that covers unlimited Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices under one low monthly subscription. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome customers with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
- Check in and check out customer devices in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate quotes for repair services and inform customers about our monthly protection plan
- Utilize your excellent sales skills to sell our monthly protection plan to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of consumer electronics is a plus, but training will be provded!
