Front of House Operations Director
Job description
The Front of House Director is a leader in the restaurant dedicated to executing strategies and put ideas into action across all 5 critical success factors (1) Leadership 2) Quality 3) Guest Experience 4) Sales and Brand Growth 5) Financial Return) that drive the store towards our vision. This leader should focus on continuous improvement in a LEAN environment and development of people, processes and effective communication. The Front of House Director will spend about 30 hours per week in operations in the restaurant and 10 hours in the office working on the restaurant. This is a great opportunity to expand your leadership capacity through real time leadership experience within a $5,000,000 business. We are looking for committed and driven individuals that will help grow the business to serve the great city of Chicago.
Some of the responsibilities of the Front of House Director include:
- Lead and execute all Front of House Operations in regards to hospitality and guest experience.
- Utilize and create systems that focus on training and development, financial stewardship and operational excellence.
- Lead and develop mid-level leaders to accomplish restaurant vision.
- Strategically create weekly schedules to maximize guest experience and profitability.
- Review data to determine how the restaurant can improve customer experience, drive sales and increase profitability.

Compensation:
- Starting salary will range from $21-25
- Expected to work 40 hours per week with 15 hours of overtime permitted every week
- Free food while working
- Half yearly stipend for business casual clothes
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years leadership experience
- Full time availability
- Degree preferred, but not required
