We are looking for an individual who is friendly, organized, and has excellent communication skills. Responsible for maintaining the appearance and order of the dental office, patient scheduling and patient management. The Front Desk team member will also be responsible for handling payments and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant experience
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
- Reception management
- Open the office and turn on the lights at least 15 minutes before the first scheduled appointment of the day (refer to the opening and closing checklist)
- Answer and respond to telephone calls with promptness and professionalism and document if necessary
- Review supplies for the reception area and provide orders to the business manager. Order supplies if necessary
- Maintain petty cash
- Attend a.m./p.m. huddle with necessary information in regards to any financial concerns for the day
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
