Requirements:

• Preferred: 1-3 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience

• Recommended: 1-3 years of previous management or supervisory experience

• Passion for fitness and helping others

• Social presence (Facebook and Instagram)

• High Energy

• Superb Communication skills

• Solution-based, Results-oriented, Competitive spirit

• 30 to 40 hours a week

Details:

The Sales Assistant will work side by side the Studio Manager in helping oversee all studio functionality from driving sales to studio operations with opportunity for future growth.

• Member growth through membership sales

• Oversee studio team and schedule

• Lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking

• Deliver 5 star experience

  • Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio

• Acquisition of new members and the retention of existing members

• Strategic outreach, for securing first time rider/lead flow

• Actively coach, train and educate your team to advance

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly wage up to $12 per hour
