We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our Austin, TX salons (Westlake, Mueller, and Cedar Park). Your expertise will be in providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and scheduling clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Increase membership and retail sales
• Greet guests and provide an excellent customer experience
• Schedule appointments in person or by phone/text
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and inviting environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work at least one weekend day and evenings until 8:00pm
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
