This leader in Outpatient Therapy is looking for a
Part-Time OR
Full-Time Front Desk Administrator in the
Strongsville,
Ohio,
area.
Position Overview: The Office Administrator ensures productive day-to-day workflow, excellent patient care experience, and smooth/efficient daily scheduling for all staff members.
Responsibilities Include:
Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
Responsible for educating patients on the different programs that the clinic offers outside of therapy services.
Responsible for ensuring patients have completed intake paperwork prior to schedule appt.
Responsible for collecting self-pay, co-pays, and co-insurances (when applicable) at time of visit.

Assist in the setup/cleanup of treatment under the direction of a licensed therapist.
Ensuring infection control policies and procedures are maintained within treatment area.
Requirements:
Previous Administrative experience, preferably in an Outpatient setting.
