Our company is currently seeking an effective, personable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable with general office tasks and have experience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and deadline-oriented environment. The ideal candidate for this position has strong interpersonal skills, outstanding communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and walk-ins in a timely manner.
• Answer questions and direct customers to the proper staff member.
• Answer phones courteously and politely.
• Take messages and relay them to the proper staff member.
• Arrange meetings and appointments.
• Be able to work in a high pressure environment, prioritize and manage time effectively, possess an excellent memory, solve problems, have excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, think quickly on your feet, work well with others under pressure, be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, multitask, be organized.,Be a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
