Birchwood Tennis & Fitness Club, located in Clarks Summit, PA, is looking for a part-time Front Desk staff member. Front Desk Staff are responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

Front Desk Staff Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests by name as they arrive.
• Know and promote all programs
• Answer phone calls and emails from members and guests.
• Maintain online court calendars
• Assist members and guests with making reservations
• File important documents and keep them well organized.
• Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.
• Opening and closing shift cleaning

Hourly Rate: $12/hour

Current Available Shifts:

Monday- Friday: 4-Close

Saturday: 7:30-3:30pm

Sunday: 8-1
1-close

Fill in shifts for sickness/vacations

Evening shifts 4pm-close; closing time varies, often between 8-9:30, latest is 10pm.

Job Type: Part-time
