Metabolic Research Center is looking for and Exceptional, Reliable and Professional part-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, organized, and professional. Responsibilities and Requirements

• Previous office and phone experience required
• Minimum of 1 years sales and cash handling experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or other support role in a professional business environment
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about living a healthy lifestyle and a desire to inspire and motivate others
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Provide high level of customer service to clients
• Greet clients in a timely, professional and engaging manner
• Capable of multi-tasking and can coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people
• Love of brainstorming, problem-solving, being creative and resourceful
• Proven ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail
• Positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm for the Metabolic community and people
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Intermediate-level experience of MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, MailChimp and Canva is a plus!
• Possesses a passion for a healthy, active lifestyle
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes in a fast paced environment
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Professional appearance is essential
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• 15 - 20 hours per week
