We are currently looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Front Desk Receptionists. The ideal candidate is friendly and personable, with an ability to build rapport with customers and an appreciation of the value of great customer service. Our Front Desk Receptionists are often the first point of contact for customers, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a positive attitude, a commitment to great customer service, and an ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct all inbound calls.
• Answer and direct all inbound emails.
• Answer routine requests via email and phone.
• Act as the first point of contact with patients, visiting physicians, and other visitors.
• Implement administrative tasks, such as booking appointments, handling medical records requests, collecting co-payments, updating insurance information, or sending out bills for services rendered.
• Provide information for newly accepted patients.
• Offer to schedule follow up appointments for patients.
